Orders & Return Policy

All original artworks are one-of-a-kind and handmade by the artist. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting conditions. All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted once a purchase is confirmed. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the packaging and the damaged piece.

Custom Paintings

Each custom painting is created uniquely based on the client’s request. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your order. Creation time varies depending on the complexity of the artwork. A preview or update may be sent mid-process. The remaining balance must be paid before the final delivery or shipping.

Shipping

Each artwork is carefully packaged and shipped using a reliable carrier. Shipping providers may vary depending on the destination and service availability. A tracking number will be provided when available. Delivery times may vary based on location. Please note that I am not responsible for any shipping delays beyond my control.

Local pickup is available by appointment for customers in Ottawa. If you would prefer to pick up your artwork in person, please contact me directly to arrange a convenient time. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup details and location information.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Please note that delivery times may be longer for international orders and can vary depending on the destination, customs processing, and local postal services. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
